Wonderful Armenian Fachralo Kazak rug dated 1869 with gorgeous colors. The inscription says “1869 Ertas Parov” which roughly translates to “Safe Travels”. This is a village rug woven either as a gift to a family that was moving away or as a wedding gift to a bride moving to another household. Various family members are depicted in the rug bearing gifts. 6'7" x 4'5"
